I've actually picked both of these up from the public library. I already read
Manic by Terri Cheney and
Girl, Interrupted by Susanna Kaysen. Now I've started with some of the more stringent reads like
Living Well... Reading helps but I find myself sometimes in a state of overload like I'm getting too much validation, it starts to make me feel even crazier.
Other times, it's just nice to know someone else has been there and to see your own words on someone else's page.
