I feel the same way about food a lot of the time. I have a lot of medications to take, and I suffer physically if i don't take them with food. I hate that feeling like I'm gagging to choke something down, only to have a means to digest my medication.

You'd think I'd at least be skinny, but at other times I overeat, just to feel something. So nobody seems to know I have a weird relationship with food.

I like the idea of having some less perishable snacks, I think bharani mentioned it. Just nibble maybe a little at a time, if you can get yourself to do it.

Fluids are more important than food. Sometimes even a glass of juice can help me elevate my mood just enough to do one small task.

Maybe a serving of gatorade or something else with sodium, sugar, and water in it?

Even just a glass of water can be refreshing. Sometimes a drink of water seems to remind my stomach that I need to eat and I start to feel hungry.

I know it's so hard to struggle through this.
