I know this feeling very well and I'm so sorry that you're going through it. Take things one hour or even one minute at a time, and find the strength wherever you need to.

I agree with jeffro, don't let it win. That perpetually negative voice is lying to you. You have a LOT of reasons to continue even if you can't really see it right now.
