My achin' back has recovered quickly. I stretch and do isometric exercises related to the original injury every day. This is the fastest recovery I've seen to date. From serious abuse too. Very thankful...that I have the mind to do these preventatives. I kinda had to...only way to fight the pain. Spent 1500$ on Chiro...saw 3 physio-folk...bugger-all relief. I researched my injury type...designed my own regimen [long trial and error] and finally found relief. Couldn'a done it without the intra-net though...pored thru a LOT of pages to get to this point. Thankful? Awl the time baybuh!
