Most days I do the cooking, at least for dinner, there are exceptions, but I would say about 98% the time it is me....And I Only cook on a charcoal kettle grill, but will do it even in the middle of a snow storm (high winds MIGHT stop me, but not much else - oh, perhaps rain so hard coals won't light).
I don't do the "standard" BBQ stuff either - I mean I will, but also add stuff like; Whole turkey (that comes out so good my family now insists on my BBQing the one for Thanksgiving day), Corned beef brisket, whole chicken, basically anything - veggies get cooked that way too...And I even get fancy and use fresh fruit sometimes, and different wood chunks in the coals (Masque, Apple, Cherry, Peach).
