You should drive to Canada then and visit a legal brothel. There are some things you will need to figure out, like how much woman you can lift and for how long. How to line up your genitalia correctly and with a minimum of fuss. It will take 1-3 sessions for you to get comfortable with it.
Or for the meantime just continue to get dates, which is a good start. Then you can just practice making out with women. Tell them that your last partner didn't like to kiss, so that's why you're a bit awkward with it.
But don't mention your virginity. You'll sound desperate, or like a sad sack.
