Hi and welcome to PC. I most definitely feel my anxiety in my stomach in the exact way as you describe as well as butterfly sensations and sometimes even cramping and nausea. That along with racing heart, sweating, shaking and a feeling of being unable to breath.
Good, calming breathing techniques are supposed to help but I have never been able to calm myself down enough to try it. Though I have breathed into a brown paper bag before.
