just a bit of light cooking today....
1 dozen butterfly cakes,
1 dozen strawberry muffins,
1 dozen lemon muffins,
1 dozen chocolate muffins,
1dozen chocolate mint muffins,
9 chocolate orange muffins,
a cherry bar cake,
1 dozen coconut tartlets
1dozen mini lemon marangues
oh and special egg fried rice for supper!

tomorrow i start on the wheat dairy free ones
1 w/d free fatless sponge sandwich cake
1 dozen w/d free black forrest cakes/muffins
1 w/d free swiss roll

I may actually make one w/d free swiss roll for myself too, the rest are for an AGM on Thursday.

I have little choice but to cook as i have too many allergies/intollerances to buy ready made stuff, also i save money by growing most of the easy prep veg too (i can't use a peeler or cut hard veg so buy raw ready prepd ones) i love cooking a roast as it lasts me for days. I don't even buy cooked meat for sandwiches, i cook my own and make my own w/d free bread too.
though i do cheat occasionally, if i want chips (thick fries to you Americans!) i buy a Kids portion from the chip shop, eat half and freeze the rest, they are great reheated in the oven, really crispy just how i like them!

i make my own curly kale crisps, right from seed to garden to oven to tummy!
