I suffer from both anxiety and depression. My pdoc has given me a green light to take extra anti-anxiety medication as necessary.
Depending on the situation, I might take an extra dose of the anti-anxiety stuff to slow down a depressive spiral.
Please talk to (call, exchange emails, etc.) your doctors before departing from an established med regime.
