I know i say this to a great deal of you in SI, but it does help me out a lot..

Think of what has happend over the last few days, and write it out, put in down on paper, see why you have the sudden urge to do this ...

Then when you find out why, ask yourself why is this buggin me?
Why am I letting it win?
I am stronger than that, I knwo I can beat this

I know I shoudl not be saying that, since I have fallen, after 15 years, but I have re-stared it back up again and it is helping me.. so maybe it will help you..
