I make her family a meal once a week so she does not have to worry about it. I hope it is helping her because it sure is helping me. Not only do I get to cook more but I get to give it away. I also often send a meal over to our neighbor. His wife died a little over a year ago and he is not a real good cook.
I am writing a menu as part of my job. I am having so much fun reviewing recipes, planning meals and then taste testing the foods we pick. It is a very hard task but I can lose myself in a recipe search if things get hectic and it relaxes me instantly.
