Hi, I just joined today and have recently admitted that I need to start getting help for my eating (today I went for my intro counseling session). When I was there I was told that I should not exercise however this is a difficult thing for me to cut. I really want to get better and do NOT want to hurt myself anymore but all I want to do is exercise...just wanted to know if anyone had any encouragement towards this or am I still allowed to do any exercise like to go for walks (i know no one is experts but obviously the feelings are understood), thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this.
