It sounds like you are under alot of stress! If you can't find any time for yourself, when you get home, take a bubblebath and sit back and relax. Try and let everything that is making you stress, leave your body. Remember to love yourself. One of the examples of loving yourself is feeding yourself. It is so important. Besides, you don't want to end up being sick because you forgot to eat. I wish I could do something to help you. Know that I care about you and wish only the best for you.
