So I went to pdoc today and he prescribed me some Risperdal (Risperidone) but i'm a bit confused.

Isn't that an antipsychotic? I need a mood stabilizer. I've read a bit online, and it says it "can" be used as a mood stabilizer... anyone have experience with this?

Also, the side effects list kind of concerns me..... one of the potential side effects is lactation >.>

that is the last thing i want happening!!! I just don't know the right way to go about this.

I need a mood stabilizer that won't make me worse >.< or more messed up. There's just so much at stake here.
