Sorry that this is happening to you.
I used to have anxiety keep us inside and would only go outside for short bouts.
There were a couple of weeks when only about 3-5 hours per week were spent outside.
As I/We are disabled (mentally) there really was no need to go outside.

A few things helped us.

1) Calls from (2 children, early 20s, that adopted host as parent) and them saying that they loved us.
Perhaps you have some that you have a love bond with.

2) Littles inside going "crazy" couse they wanted to "play" outside
Course the question is, did we finally get out more couse the littles took over?
Note: We have found that in our area that people (even strangers ether accept or even like our littles [5 & 8])


3) Counselor (who we see once a month prescribed Ativan) 1mg as needed for anxiety, but only 20 tablets per 30 days.

Can't say that this will work for you. Only you know what is safe with your system.
