Filing for disability can be a long process and ridiculous amount of paperwork. According to your post I would think you would have a very good chance of winning.

I hired an attorney the moment I filed . The only get paid if you win your case and they usually take 25%.

My Pdoc and Therapist were both very angry that I kept being denied , they kept sending letters and showing my inability of working for numerous illness's

Mine had to go all the way to a hearing before a judge, at the end of the hearing the judge apologized that I had been denied over and over . She found my case fully favorable , meaning I won. My first date of filing was june 2010 and I had my hearing april 2013 . and now I am still waiting for the paperwork from social security to show when my benefits will start . very frustrating.

I do know people approved on the first filing. alot depends on where you live and the amount of back log cases they have.

There is a lot of paperwork about your specific illness and how it effects your ability to work that you will be required to fill out.

I hope you will have a quick answer and not have to do all this hurry up and wait and worry nonsense.

Good luck !
