Hello I hope you are feeling better. The main thing is that you tell the truth so that the therapist can help you. you usually fill out paper work, that gives you a chance to tell what is going on with you. you need to try to calm down, if you can you will do fine. If you forget somethign write it down and tell the counselor the next visit. Sometimes it is easier to keep a log on what is happening than try to remember every detail and then forget when the appointmetn comes.
