well that is a good thing.. Understanding the reason is the frist step.. but if you do not fully understand it ... Question yourself more..
Do online research on the topic, to see if you can better understand it..
That is what also hleps me..
Find out as much as you can about what triggers you, find out why it does, and see if you do other things so it wont trigger you again..
We have to fight this any way we can.. Right
