Favicon = that little symbol in your tab that belongs to a specific website. For example, google's current one is a blue square with white "g".

The one for Psych Central looks like the rotating-circle loading animation for Google Chrome and just about any browser I can think of.

Thus every time I glance at tabs of PsychCentral I think they're stuck loading. It's irritating. IMO that's an indication of bad graphic design and PsychCentral should consider hiring another graphic designer for a new favicon.
