I am glad you are.calling the person from the center that helped you. If you could "just move on" you wouldn't be in therapy. If they are trying to help you, it would be nice if they figured out that the hard line approach they are taking with you isn't working. If all else fails, tell the T you have now that you want a T who has been trained to work with attachment/trauma issues. Tell her you want referrals and you want to interview the Ts. Tell her that if you have to move on from your xT, that this is the way. How often are you supposed to see this T? Keeping you in my thoughts.
