I have racing thoughts pretty much all the time. Sometimes worse, sometimes better. At their worst they are obsessive loops and I can't focus on anything else and get trapped in my head, constantly trying to solve whatever I'm thinking about. It can last months.

I'm not on any meds and the only AP I was ever on was abilify for 2 weeks, but I had a horrible reaction to it. So, I'm not sure. I don't know much about meds at all, really.
