Im sorry but the dsm III (or as you call it dsm 3) is no longer in print. it was published way back in the 1950's and here in the USA we are on the DSM 5 now.
therefore the only place you may be able to read any part of the book you are looking for (DSM 3) is at your local library, that is if they still have a copy.
just in case you mis typed and are looking for the DSM 5 you can find it on the American Psychatric Associations DSM 5 website ...
