Confused---
It is my own thought that I don't agree with your therapist pushing the meeting of other parts. I sure don't think it's fair and I wouldn't want to be given that ultimatum to do something I'm not ready to do.
A couple of my inside family came out to our T before I even knew them.
I came to my own awareness of them in my way, in my time.
I am still trying to understand it all.
I hope you realize that YOU have a say in your therapy, and if you don't agree with what your therapist says or asks of you, you can say "no" or "I'm not ready to do that" or "Can we tallk about how I can do that..."
Just my thoughts.
