I agree. She's also misdirecting her aggression. But the dynamics are such that it is more politic for me to
not confront her. This twisted place where I work is loaded with (un)employment land mines. The best solution is to exit the building--permanently. And I'm working on that strategy! Meanwhile I must find coping strategies.
