I think you gave up the right to be hurt or offended, yhe moment you decided to turn it into a game. Whether or not they were aware of your intentions doesn't matter. It's like if you pretend you have a gun in your pocket and hold up a store, you can't claim later that it was a toy gun so obviously it was just a game. You have to take the consequences.
