Yah luckily my voices are generally pretty low in volume, like a sitting in the backseat of a car with talk radio at a low volume coming out of the rear speakers. I've been coping with it for a while, so usu it doesn't bother me. But they are usu quite negative, and can get 'louder' when I'm stressed or depressed. At the moment I don't hear them at all. Often it's worse at night, and when I'm alone.
I've ,met other people who have them worse, so I try to look at things optimistically.
Some things that cphelp are taking a shower, distracting myself w/ music, TV/film, conversation, etc. And 'cbt' like positive, rational , healthy thinking that challenges the negative messages.
