Uh boy ... it just makes it harder. But not hopeless.

If you start with the knowledge of the disorders, that is a good thing. Getting treated, with therapy or meds or whatever, I would also consider couples therapy with a counselor who understands both of your diagnosis. That would give you tools you can take into your relationship to give it tune-up and keep it running smoother, for the long haul.
Being committed is a huge blessing & confidence booster for both of you!
