Drinking water (slowly) seems to help get rid of the burning and knotted sensation. Rubbing my belly and lying down also helps. Unfortunately, none of these seem to help with the very uncomfortable falling sensation.
Whenever the sensation returns, I want to drop to the floor and curl up. It is as if, I can feel the Earth travelling through space.
Deep breathing helps, when I feel a panic attack coming on. I'll try doing that, the next time this annoying sensation returns.
