Hey confused, I am actually going through the same thing right now. I don't think my T is pushing me, but kind of asking. In T sessions T has had 2 piece speak to one another. The goal of our meeting is going to be kind of going over rules of outside behaviors. So it's really a problem solving thing and getting to know each other as well. We set a 30 min time limit for the meeting. And the meetings will be once a week. T wants this to be able to communitate with each other.

The first week my T asked be to do this it freaked me out for awhile. But before I did anything I wrote down what I wanted to come from the meeting. Set the rules for the meeting. Mostly for them to respect one another. I'm kind of new at this too. But this is how far I've come so far. Still haven't had our first meeting yet. Weird thing is that it's actually planned for later today. I'll let you know what happens.
