I was also afraid of toilets. I was afraid of the sound (still am) and I worried that they'd overflow and I'd drown. I wouldn't even use the toilet unless my mom was with me (which was quite unfortunate for the babysitters).
When I was younger, I was really afraid of being sick (still am) and really embarrassed to get sick (still am). I really dreaded telling people if I was sick (to the point that I just wouldn't unless I needed to get out of school) and worried about them thinking I was sick. Once, my grandpa was driving me to his house (from Georgia to Indiana) and I had to go to the bathroom really bad. I was so afraid to tell him because I was worried he would think I was sick, that I just peed myself.
I was afraid of car lights shining in my room at night for some reason.
I thought that the reflections of lights on my wall were fairies and they terrified me. For some reason, I was really afraid of the tooth fairy.
