Is it possible for you to take these meds until you see your pdoc so that you don't pass out and have brain twitching?
I could be wrong, but I think, comicgeek, that going on and off your meds like this is a kind of cry for help. It's the only thing that comes to me because at the end of the day what you're doing is hurting yourself, and I think on some level you're aware of this.
You will have help soon from your temp pdoc and then hopefully you can soon get a long-term pdoc. When you're feeling better maybe you can figure out a way for your parents to get educated on your condition, because I think what appears to be their indifference to your suffering is making everything much worse.
