Well I took only 10mgs of abilify last night to cut down on the slow/stiff effects that i was getting. tonight i am hypo as hell! But it's so much fun! I can write my lesson plans for NEXT week! I am going to build a word wall at school with my students' work. I got lunches for me and my husband AND son together and it's only 8.30p.
I have my evaluation tomorrow and i hope it goes well. i feel confident that I can do anything right now! So i hope it remains for tomorrow.
I apologize for writing on everyone's posts. Sometimes I think I can heal people with my writing! I hope it helps.
