you're welcome cancer knows nothing about whether or not the persons body is still developing or not there are new born babies out there being diagnosed with cancer there are 85 year olds out there being diagnosed with cancer. Some are caused by bacteria and viruses for example MALT Lymphoma is caused by Heliobacter Pyloria (Heel E O Back Ter Pie Lore E a) and some cervical, vaginal uterine cancers are caused by HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). I know a guy that got cancer just by getting hit in the privates with a sportsball and never took the steps to have the injury checked out.

Cancers happen in many ways which is why its so hard to find a cure. but normal body growth has no bearing on having it or rate of cures.
