Let youself know it is ok to feel stressed. On the other hand...you may need to write down what it is that you haven't been getting in your world and see if you can provide yourself simple things that you do just for you. I often get that way when I haven't done something just for myself. It might be going to a store and buying myself a piece of jewelry. Maybe joining a meditation class or buying myself some cd's just for me or going out and getting "my movie rental"

So by your meeting a special desire for just you and feeling great it can lift your mood and cause a chain reaction. During this time of year, we all need to be a tad selfish, since the media sells ideas of gifts for others. To be honest neglecting self happiness fullfillment causes the whole house to vibrate that way. break out and start feeling great, watch how others will catch your wave and it will take much less work than family counceling, expensive gift guessing, and cooking too much.
