Special K is a nice cereal, but give up the diets and eat what you like as long as there is NO TRANS FATS! You can also follow the Food Pyramid. Just make sure that you are getting the RIGHT calories and plenty of exercise (at least an hour a day!) One summer I had fruit for breakfast, cottage cheese and tomatoes for lunch and some sort of meat or fish salad for dinner, I hardly ate much because I was too busy with other things and outside, I learned that I did not need so many calories. In the summer it is better to get more fluids (no soda!) I did binge sometimes like half a box of bacon cheese crackers or at parties and family reunions, but I was fit. Then gained weight after starting medication!

I also rode my bike everyday I love to Bicycle, you can also do things you like while you exercise like I enjoy science so I take field guides, books and kits too explore! Good luck!
