A line from a song keeps going through my head: from a sunrise to a sunset, you're either manic or you're depressed, will you ever be ok?
Will I ever be ok? I want normalcy back. Maybe moving out will help. I guess I can't worry about my emotionally disturbed brother when I can't even manage myself.
Just felt the need to write. Thanks.

That sounds like a lot of stuff. My mixed states are quite similar. I do this a lot! I worry about everything from early childhood all the way until now and the future! It's exhausting! The best thing I have found is DBT and to study mindfulness. Being here in the moment will help with that. It takes practice, but is something that is possible and may help you.
