Kim, is it possible for you to get an independent evaluation? I'm sure they are expensive, but perhaps Medicare would consider paying for it because they might save money if it turns out that you have been misdiagnosed or over-cared-for. I don't know how these things work, but I'm noticing that you've posted a lot of questions along these lines, and your POV seems very reasonable and articulate in my opinion.
