Look and listen!
I've had been in therapy and anti-depressant medication for fourteen years of my life and it didn't work. From my expeirence as it relates to your anxiety about seeing your t u don't feel comfortable. I've been there many times. However, u must understand that the T is there to help u but unfortunately, in many cases, and I've done my research, sometimes it doesn't work. For the simple reason that the T is not in your body feeling the emotions that u may be feeling right now. They treat their patients only on text book knowledge learned in college. It does not take into account the emotions u may feel at the right time. Therefore, this puts the T at an disadvantage in being able to help u. In other words, they understand the words uttered from your mouth about how u feel but they can't really feel the immediate emotions connected with that feeling or emotion. Does that make any sense to u? But do what u must and go to your T with all the confidence he, or she, will be able to help. u.
Good LUCK!!!!
