I grew up in a Jewish household. My mother was Jewish and my father converted when they married. I have read about Reform Judaism, and it seems more accepting. I don't know much about it, but it does interest me.
I understand your issues talking with Men, and I think it is a good idea to talk to a female Rabbi. It may be easier for you.
I have a lot of issues with faith and g-d ingeneral becuase of my traumatic past, and I am not a religious person now, but I don't consider myself an athiest if that makes sense. I just married a man who grew up in a Christian household, but it not religious now.
