Morning couch.

I had the weirdest dreams last night. I don't know why. Maybe I can "blame" the increase in meds. Though that is probably not the case.

Woke up before my alarm this morning. I hate when that happens, but I felt well rested, so maybe my body was telling me it didn't need anymore sleep.

Just chilling right now before heading to C's. I have quite a while to chill as I don't have to leave until about 9:30.

Looks like I missed the talk about T's being distracted by things or not taking notes. My T doesn't take notes, but she seems to remember everything I tell her as she will bring up things that even I don't remember until she reminds me of them.

Well, I'm off to watch some TV for a while and eat some breakfast.
