I love to cook and entertain and would love to have my T over for lunch. I would serve my homemade lox as an appetizer, with crackers, lemon, red onion, and capers. I would make a seasonal soup-- right now, probably something with asparagus, homemade bread or rolls. A salad, with grilled vegetables, maybe some artisan cheese. Fruit for dessert, or maybe cookies with that.
