I was going to post more from that book, but I'm working through that book very slowly (as the author recommends), and I've not been keeping up with it lately. Yes, the book has a lot of questions, not just like these, but to help you figure out who you are and why you are where you are in life, and what you would like to change, and how to recover from past traumas. I would recommend the book if you like this exercise. Don't stop at just answering the questions. Think about your answers and figure out what that tells you about yourself and what is important to you and how your really are and how you try to present yourself to the world.
There are other self-help books that I am using that get you thinking about these kinds of things too. If I have some energy tomorrow I'll round them up and post a list in the self-help section (there is a thread about self-help books over there).
