You will not lose weight in a good way unless you exercise in some form. It doesn't need to be really strenuous. But don't restrict your diet - just eat healthy
My suggestion is to go for low GI foods (glycemic index) because then you have more energy and don't get so hungry. Things like substituting brown rice for white rice is good ...
I learnt that putting a hill into my daily walk MELTED off the fat.
