Yeah, I know what you are saying Born.. I have been on that roller coaster a long time.. It gets a little better as you go.. I have noticed.. When I first became ill, I had rampent thoughts.. I mean, like a race car.. That eventually passed.. The whole time I have had depression.. Never really took anything for it.. Decided to fight it on my own.. I recently learned though that vitamin B12 helps depression.. It also speeds up your metabolism.. So, I started taking that and it helps.. We just have to find our balance with this illness.. I think it can be done.. I have come a long ways.. I can't ever remember the last time I was in the hospital.. I think it has been like 8 years now.. Anyway, I am probably rambling now..
