You have to have faith and remember that everything will be okay. There's a reason you feel this way and there is a solution as well. It is inevitable that everything will be okay. If you take a second, hit the pause button, maybe your mind will be quieter, and things will make more sense. Having someone watch the kids for a while sounds like a good idea. I recommend meditation. What is causing you to feel so hopeless? Eventually the tears will stop and you will regain energy. Focus on what's important.
