I sometimes get "lucky" and have a short period of positiveness.

I know it's a connection with another living being whether the internet or in being(I can read my cockatiel's body language, she/he is happy being with me without ever of us trying too hard to be so.)

For me, medications are only part of the answer-a piece of a puzzle.

I need to have a daily routine if I don't have a weekly routine. So, I reach some goals and look to those positives.

Exercise is an example. Just walking up and down stairs will help if done 600-1000 times or 20-30 minutes and if that is too easy, put a pack on your back and try that without stopping. If you do this every day, you really accomplished something!

Somehow, see comedy from shows/movies/other media and also try to develop your sense of humour. Myself, my creativity is humour related because when I see the humor in life or talk about things in life that make people laugh(it's the way one tells it that helps alot.) And when I make people laugh, then it's magic to me because it was not forced, it was like a higher power allowed me a moment to be funny-so it feels positive and special. Especially when I could make a person laugh without truly knowing them in full depth, but still having that connection to a person's spirit with humour, a simple smile or laugh.

So, I do not say humour is that end all, for all, but just an aspect of life that I finds helps me.

Gee, sorry, ran out of ideas......take care!
