You mean your father going with you ? If so just ask him to let you see the doctor alone,the doctor will insist he leave knowing you want to be able to speak freely.

You are over 18 ( I think) so no legal reason for him to be in the Pdoc's office.

Remember this is about YOU getting help YOU need to enjoy your life and feel good... It's YOUR time
