I am sorry for your current situation. I hope things can resolve themselves to the benefit for you and your family. I know every situation is different but have you filed a hardship wavier with your probation officer. I was on probation for three years and am on disability so pay all the fines, restitution, and probation fees was impossible for me. I followed all their rules and did everything they asked of me and the granted me the hardship wavier. Also I was told that once all the monies were paid in full they would close my case and I would not have to do the entire three years. I even went back in front of the judge and explained my finanicial hardship and we all negotiated a settlement and when it was paid in full my case was closed. I don't know if that would be an option for you but I also wouldn't want you to make things worse for you either. If things went bad or feathers got ruffled by not turning yourself in you could possible catch additional charges and if that happens then you would be in violation of your probation and you know what could happen then. Please just really think it through first and maybe talk with your po if your in good standing I can't see why they wouldn't be willing to work something out with you. God bless and best wishes.
