I am sorry that you're feeling so sad and emotionally alone. Those are very hard times indeed. I have 2 kids, and they've certainly see me cry a time or two. Their response is usually very sweet and thoughtful, as they empathize and give me hugs. My kids are a little older now (ages 8 and 10), but it was much more difficult when they were toddlers and pre-school ages.

It was a lot more demanding, emotionally. I also had a very hard time dealing with their tantrums back then. I was such a mess! I did find a support group nearby that helped in the early years (but we moved away to a remote area during that tough time I mentioned).

International MOMS Club - MOMS Offering Moms Support - an at-home support group for Moms

This link is the group that my girls and I connected with. They are terrific for you and your kids! It's an international group, hopefully, there is a group that meets near your area. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Take a deep breath and remind yourself that this moment will pass. It will become easier for you, it just takes some time & reach out for help when you really need it.
