I'm sorry you're going through this. I am having a lot of anxiety too. I am traveling and staying with a friend and I thought to myself what if I lost my wallet and get robbed and wont have no way home because I don't have ID. That thought kept popping up. When thoughts of anxiety pop up, I realize its an exercise in futility.
My therapist says dwelling on things that are out of our control and hasn't happened yet takes energy we give it when we could be concentrating on something else.
Take a shower, listen to some music, keep posting on PC, it will get your mind off of things.
As for the social anxiety, I'm glad you wont drink because even though that takes some of the pressure off it can also drain you and make you very tired. Just focus on one person if you can when youre there.
Just relax and calm your mind. I know thats easier said than done, but agonizing over it isn't going to change anything, these things are already going to happen tomorrow.
